Roe's Abode Installs LLC

Highly Recommend!!

Extremely professional from our first meeting to the post install review. The end result was better than we expected. You couldn't tell that the lawn was disturbed or that lines were buried. I would recommend Brandon and his team everyone who may be in the market for a Generac!

Outstanding service and installation of my generac home generator. The team was on time and great coordination between the electrician and the gas technician. Everything accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding Installation

Absolutely outstanding installation. Brandon and his team explained every process in detail, and their explanation mirrored the installation experience. The city inspector commented that he had not seen such detail, even down to the replacement of the sod for the natural gas line. I highly recommend Brandon and his team if you desire a standby generator.

This is a totally committed and professional Generac Dealer.

Brandon and his staff, are the utmost professionals in their trade. They are totally committed to making certain their customers are satisfied with all aspects of their trade throughout the installation process. Even after the installation was completed, I got several followup telephone calls from Brandon and his staff following up to make sure I was totally satisfied.

This is a TOP FLIGHT Team!

The first impression and assessment of the product and installation was outstanding! This was followed up by a very professional and detailed-oriented team of technicians. The Master Electrician, David, kept me informed on all installation steps and answered all my questions throughout the process. Jeremy, the Master Gas Fitter, did a beautiful job, updating my gas lines - and pointed out some items that would need attention by my gas company - much appreciated. Pedro and Jose did a great job excavating the trenches for both electrical and gas lines - while negotiating a buried fiber optics cable crossing the ditch in 3 spots. No mishaps - did ask for their card. Manny and Jay brought and installed the generator - very personable and informative - in fact, Manny pointed out some minor panel inconsistencies. He set up a time to replace same in 3 days. David finished up the work with the final inspection by the County. This Team operates as a well-oiled machine - thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Outstanding experience!

Very professional.

Brandon and his team were absolutely awesome from the start to finish. The service was done very professionally. Doing Brandon initial consultation, he gave us the history of his company, and answered all our questions. Everything was scheduled exactly to date with no delays. The whole process took two days. (1) delivery of the Generac with platform done and (2) the electrician, gas and trenches were done. Days later the county came out to approve inspection and afterward, his team gave us a tutorial of the whole system. His crew even had a power battery for me to use, when the power was cut off, so that I could continue to work from home. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you, Brandon and your crew.

Very organized and professional
