I bought a Generac unit from an unauthorized dealer (I didn\u2019t know this at the time). They cashed the check delivered the unit and promptly disappeared without installing the unit. After 6 months of missed meetings, empty promises and un answered phone messages I gave up.

Roe\u2019s was hands down the best respondent of our three bidders. The others were prompt and courteous. But they were sales representatives. Roe\u2019s had extensive knowledge of not only the product but were experts in determining the best installation solution. Their bid was precise and itemized. After the I-95 debacle which left hundreds stranded and thousands, including us, without power we were done with being in the dark, cold, without Internet or TV for days. This wasn't the first time it had happened and won't be the last especially with the changes in weather patterns. I searched the Generac website and found Roes Abode Installs. I reached out and from that point, their responsiveness, knowledge, professionalism, and installation was outstanding. Their pricing was better than Lowes by a significant amount. It was a no brainer. We were provided a schedule of activities and when changes were necessary, they informed us right away. If a problem arose, Brandon, Peyton, Dave, and Dan were on top of it and they functioned like a NASCAR pit crew with everything. They showed up in labeled trucks that were serviced and clean, a testament to their work. We are biased at this point, but we can't see how this installation could have been done better. Our expectations were exceeded. To boot, we also discovered the generator adds approximately 150% of its cost to the value of your home.

I can not express how pleased I am to the level of detail and commitment that this company has provided with my order. There were some issues that came up that I wasn't aware of. But Brandon and his team was on it with no hesitation. During delivery, the product had been slightly damaged. I wasn't aware, and probably wouldn't have notice. But Brandon was aware, and rather than completing the job that he didn't feel comfortable with, he halted production, and was able to receive a replacement product within days. This kept him within his deadline. This could have extended to time consuming delays, but I was spared from that possible ordeal due to the quick thinking and response of Brandon and his team. Overall one of the smoothest installations I have ever had done at my house. Both the contractors hooking up the gas line (I made it hard with a self-installed water line) and the electrician doing the electrical portion were outstanding. There were some of the usual last minute surprises such as needing to move a plant and then a cabinet, but easily handled very professionally.
