EXCELLENT Service!!

We lost power and our 1 year old generator didn't start. We called Rod's with no previous service from them. They showed up 10 minutes after the call and had the problem fixed quickly. They even did a full service on the unit while there and were done within 20 minutes. Technician was extremely polite and helpful in making a few recommendations on service plans and what to do to prevent such issues from occurring again. Totally amazed and the response time and repair/service time - GREAT company!

Everyone made me feel comfortable asking anything at all ! David and Josh, the installers, did a great job. They left everything neat and the installation was perfect. The emails were always prompt, while someone always answered my phone calls. We purchased a 16 KW Generac generator from another dealer who installed the equipment improperly. After the equipment failed, we called Rod's for help and they took care of the problem knowledgeably and professionally. They really know the product that they support and do it right the first time. We are now committed Rod Electric customers!

Great service

My generator did not come on during its "exercise" program. I called Rod's Electric, and though I said it wasn't an emergency, they were there the same day, fixed it quickly, and updated the computer program. Could not ask for quicker, or more [professional and courteous service!
