Should of had them do it all...

I purchased a 27kw generator via Murdocks on sale at a good price. I organized the propane tank install and the electrical hookup. Thought I would save some $$. I had Rob come out to start the generator after it threw an error on initial startup. He was out within a couple days of contacting Generac. He figured out the problem(s) and got everything organized, as it should have been. He was very professional, informative and efficient. Explained everything to me and set up an annual maintenance schedule. I believe, after all the subcontracting time, effort and money spent, that there was not one dime saved in my process. I should of had Rocky Mountain do the whole job.

These guys know their stuff! They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. The process was flawless, their work exemplary, and to top it off, they were very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone as they are a one stop shop. No need to get plumbers, electricians or anyone else as they did it all and in a timely fashion.

I am so pleased with there service! Installation was fast and very efficient. The two young men were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Great Job

I want to let anybody who reads this that I just had a 16kw installed by Joseff who was a complete professional. He explained to me what he was doing every time I had a question (I had many) without any hesitation, from start to finish he had his head down and never stopped until the job was completed!! Jay, who came to my home for an estimate was also very honest and never pushed me to make a purchase just gave me info to help me decide which unit I might want. I have my 84 year old Mother-in-law living with me who is also tied to an Oxygen machine. Due to numerous power outages after I ordered the unit, I was two weeks out from instillation when I called Jay, who went out of his way to move my install up by a week to accommodate her. In a nutshell, these guys go out of their way to make the purchase and install easy as pie, and I highly recommend anybody considering a unit to use these folks! Great Job!!!

Rocky Mountain Power Systems installed a large propane-powered Generac back-up generator for our home. Rocky Mountain Power Systems contacted us promptly after we requested bids through HomeAdvisor. They quickly assessed our job, asked thoughtful questions to clarify our needs and flexibility, and gave us a good bid. Once hired they communicated well about their timeline and arranged a convenient installation schedule. At the worksite, (i.e., our home), they worked hard and quiently, were consistently friendly and never intrusive. Their demeanor with our children was generous and delightful. We are really satisfied with the installation, it's appearance and functionality. The generator looks good, so far it works well, (it's too new to have been through a prolonged power outage, but we've come to expect them here in Northern Montana), and we're really happy. Based on our experience, I'd definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Power Systems and our new Generac back-up generator.
