Not for me

Hi I have a problem with one of the mechanics and Rockville equipment I brought my generator which is a Generac 7500 to them to see what was wrong with it The guy open the Oil cap stuck his finger in there and told me that the generator was no good it would be cheaper to buy a new one which I paid $1040 for so I figured I was out all this money just for peace of mind I took it to work and had our mechanic look at it and he had the thing running within 45 minutes runs all day I got it I did this because of the fact the generator only had 10 to 20 hours on it he said there was gas in the oil and the oil looked like molasses which was so not true because I had to change the oil and that the generator was rough looking it looks brand new I will send a picture if needed I’m just putting his review up here because of the fact where I would have been out $1040 $ for a generator that only had the most 20 hours on it they did tell me I could leave it but then he told me that the engine was shot I decided not to leave it to be out more money I know Rockville equipment been around for 40 years and I am so surprised at this interaction I had with them maybe they were just too busy or some thing I don’t know but I am so glad I brought it to work to have our mechanic look at it he did it on his downtime for free would not take no money no thank you very much for the mechanic at Juliano‘s pool and Vernon he save me all that money
