Highly Recommended
Gino was responsive, easy to work with and professional. Generator was on back-order, but we had an urgent medical need for the generator to be installed right away, and Gino pushed it for us. The work was professional, and his clear, direct communication throughout the process was appreciated. We highly recommend Rock Vern!

AVOID
They have been twice scheduled to come out-NO SHOWS. I have placed a total of 8 calls, leaving messages both on the answering machine and with the operator. NO REPLIES. Our generator is still not functioning.

Excellent service
Had a problem with my whole house Generac generator. Got blown off by two other dealers. Geno from Rock Vern came out, identified the problem, contacted Generac who had an updated logic board available (free) got the part, fixed and serviced the generator and got it back working great. Highly recommend them.
