Company has sent out a letter stating that they are no longer installing or servicing home generators. We've had them for 15 years, but they are gone. Brad is a great guy, but of no help any longer.

The best Genrator installation service around hands down

We had Brad and his mechanical team install our generator in 2016. From start to finish they exceeded our expectations with their knowledge, professional approach, and timely installation. Since installation Rochester Mechanical has come out automatically without having to call them, to maintain and service our generator at very reasonable value. We have had 0 issues since installation. We recommend Rochester Mechanical to anyone with a generator need.

Rochester Mechanical Services did an excellent job undoing a bad installation on my Generac Generator. Brad showed up and with an honest assessment he told me that my generator was not working well because it had been poorly installed. He showed me what needed to be done and he offered to do the job only if he could be allowed to do it properly. It was improperly wired to my electric panel in the basement and it had a live circuit running nowhere. He and Rob, an equally impressive technician completed my upgrades in a timely fashion and for an honest price. What a terrific experience to find someone with such ability and integrity.

Decided to have my Generac installed by Rochester Mechanical Services, mainly because of the great reviews I read about Brad and his team.He knows his business very well. He also recommended to upgrade the gas supply meter because of the 21KW fuel consumption requirements. The house electrical panel got upgraded as well.Brad works very efficient and delivers a top notch job. He sticks to his work plan and keeps you up to date with short text message. I strongly recommend him, they at professionals.

I had several quotes, and recommendations for a new whole house generator. And these guys gave me not only the best quote, but a very important item I probably should upgrade, and that was my gas meter, to a dual flow type meter (2 pipes) which one line connects to all my home needs and the other feed directly to my generator, for full power.And the best part, after they installed my generator, in my recently finished basement, it was left in the same condition when they arrived.These are Professionals, and remind me every year about having my annual maintenance checks completed, just before winter.
