To be honest, I was reluctant to even call around about getting a generator installed for my home because I thought it would mean calling a Cape Cod electrician and then hoping the fish weren't biting on installation day. Robies does a top-notch job maintaining my HVAC and sure enough, they were first rate with my new generator too. Install completed within days of my call. Made it through our first power outage perfectly...

Typical "Cape Cod" Indifference

Showed up on time for initial meeting, even though the doors were open, cars in driveway, and my cell on record, "Bob" made no attempt to get in to see me other than to leave a note on the back of a business card that "I was here on time" wedged in my door. After I made 2 attempts to contact "Bob" and left live messages with the Robies office, they never called me back. I ended up using another dealer with great satisfaction to buy & intstall my 14kW Generator.
