Rob-lynn Power Systems Inc.

Great installation

Rob-Lynn did a great installation. Their team was able to install in a half day, kept everything clean and reviewed its operation thoroughly. I Like that Mo was detailed about all of the options and what was the best for our home.

Never showed up for the Generac scheduled appt.

Generac scheduled an appt with this dealer..they never showed up. That is okay, I found a wonderful dealer C&G Professional Services who were happy to assist us in the purchase.

Rob-Lynn was incredible!

Mo and his team can out to install a generator this morning and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to everyone. Great experience!

Mitch came out same day and solved our problem immediately. Very professional, fast yet thorough. Gave me some great tips to ensure our generator performs when needed. I definitely recommend Robb-Lynn Power and Mitch for any generator service or installation. Thanks Mitch! Ken

never called back

never called back. when finally got hold of them they never called or emailed me back.

Excellent service when you need it

My power went out and a minor problem prevented the cut over to Generac power. The guys from Rob-Lynn answered my after hours call right away and then patiently stepped me through the process of figuring out what was wrong. Once I had power, they then explained to me what I could do to avoid having the same problem again. By the way, they did all of this before asking if they had installed my generator or if I was a service customer of theirs. It turns out I am a service customer of theirs. Every time Rob-Lynn has come out to service my generator they have been prompt and thorough, taking special care to explain what work they have done and what I can do to keep my Generac in top working condition.

Outstanding!

Mo did a terrific job in explaining the entire process. The work was quick and professional and he took the time to explain how everything worked. Others that I spoke to did not have the knowledge to complete my job. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

A Great Experience

After my wife and I decided to purchase a standby generator system, we called Maurice at Rob-Lynn Power Systems. His initial visit was to determine how large a generator we might need. He listened to our requirements and did not try to push us into buying more generator than we needed. We could tell that he was an expert at installing these systems, and that put us at ease. He walked us through the whole process, including handling the permit application. On the day the generator arrived, we were relieved to see that Moe's installation team was just as professional and efficient as he is. Everyone knew their job, and they worked together like a well-choreographed team. Again, we could tell that these guys were experts at installing these systems. Once the generator was installed, Moe patiently explained the operation of the generator and how to test it. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob-Lynn Power Systems to anyone looking for a standby system.
