Blown away!

In Miami, it\u2019s extremely challenging to find great service companies that are trustworthy as well as provide a fantastic service.I was blown away at the professionalism, the timely response, the communication oh and THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, ON TIME!!! (In Miami, this is a miracle). The technician was well mannered, intelligent & best of all- he knew how to fix the generator.Both the owner and tech spoke perfect English & we\u2019re a delight to work with.10/10 recommend!

As hurricane season approached I did the logical thing. I went on to Amazon and purchased a portable generator.

Doesn't want nor need new business!

Spoke with the owner there, initially he stated that he would give a quote to install a generator in my house. Once he found out I am in Coral Gables, he became very abrupt. He asked with permit or without. RED FLAG. I said with, and he stated that it would take too long because of permitting. He proceeded to "educate" me on the permitting process (perhaps because I am a MERE woman and have no idea about such matters). I said I knew all about that, was he interested in the job? He said NO. So incredibly rude and condescending. I have no idea how this company gets good reviews.

Stellar service and attention to details

We bought a home in Miami Lakes Florida and it quickly became apparent that a whole house generator was a huge priority for us. My wife and I both work from home and no power means no income. I did a ton of research and got 4 estimates on installing a new Generac 24kw and once we met with Bob from RLV Corp the search was over. Bob is super cool, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfect from beginning to end. Everything was on time as promised, all inspections passed easily and quickly and the whole team of workers were absolutely amazing. We made the right choice and I decided to write this review so you can make a great choice as well. Power ON! Thank you Bob!

Should've called RLV first

I contracted with a different company to install my generator. What a disaster that was! After more than 60 days, it was still not complete. Refused to follow contract or verbal agreements. I fired them and called RLV. Bob and Len came out and corrected wiring errors and had to completely redo all underground gas piping.Once everything was corrected, they started the generator and set everything up. Such true craftsmen!If you can't make up your mind about who to hire for your job, look at this company's reviews. All 5 stars! Now, get off the fence and call RLV!
