Rlv Corp

We had a wonderful experience with our service technician. Punctual, polite and professional. He explained everything he did and provided us with all the information we needed. It's great he came out when he did. The following day, we lost power for 12 hours, but our generator kept our house running. It benefited us and many of our neighbors. So grateful

Great job

Bob and his crew do great work! I’m very happy with the install. Great job.

Dealer is Available & Affordable

The best dealer I’ve dealt with. I had a generator installed and I had a problem with the switch failing and needing to be fixed or replaced repeatedly - by several different companies. When I called RLV Corp the owner answered immediately and sent someone out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away that the problem was an improper install that allowed water in during high rain and wind. They immediately fixed the switch and the leak; no waiting for parts, no diagnostic fee, just a fair fee for the work done. Well, I immediately signed up for their annual maintenance (again, a very fair fee) and they did a 20+ point inspection. They changed the battery, checked oil, changed the air filter, did corrosion spray, etc. And now they come out every 6 months.

Amazing, timely and friendly service

We are so grateful for Bob and his team. They keep our generator in pristine working condition (essential with the frequent power outages in our neighborhood). When we needed to relocate the generator during pool construction, they were extremely professional and kept their services reasonably priced.

Blown away!

In Miami, it’s extremely challenging to find great service companies that are trustworthy as well as provide a fantastic service. I was blown away at the professionalism, the timely response, the communication oh and THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, ON TIME!!! (In Miami, this is a miracle). The technician was well mannered, intelligent & best of all- he knew how to fix the generator. Both the owner and tech spoke perfect English & we’re a delight to work with. 10/10 recommend!

RLV CORP - Testimonial

As hurricane season approached I did the logical thing. I went on to Amazon and purchased a portable generator. Then, the thought of hooking up the generator to my propane tanks and then deciding which 3 appliances I should try to power and then hoping it would all work, I realized my impulsive decision to buy a portable generator may not have been so wise. After seeing a number of Generac generator commercials being aired on TV, I started to consider the peace of mind a standby unit could afford me. So, after a little research, I found that RLV Corp. was an authorized Generac Dealer located right in my community. After a brief conversation, Bob Vickers, the owner of RLV was at my back door. He provided a very thorough explanation of how the unit works and what was involved in the installation and upkeep. He made it sound so easy, Power goes out. . . within 20 seconds or so, Generac turns on and life goes on as normal! The whole process went very quickly and the workmanship was 1st class. So, as the waters of the Atlantic continue to warm and the threat of a multiple hurricanes stare us in the face, I for one feel very secure with my Generac in the back yard and Bob Vickers of RLV Corp just a few blocks away.

Doesn't want nor need new business!

Spoke with the owner there, initially he stated that he would give a quote to install a generator in my house. Once he found out I am in Coral Gables, he became very abrupt. He asked with permit or without. RED FLAG. I said with, and he stated that it would take too long because of permitting. He proceeded to "educate" me on the permitting process (perhaps because I am a MERE woman and have no idea about such matters). I said I knew all about that, was he interested in the job? He said NO. So incredibly rude and condescending. I have no idea how this company gets good reviews.

Stellar service and attention to details

We bought a home in Miami Lakes Florida and it quickly became apparent that a whole house generator was a huge priority for us. My wife and I both work from home and no power means no income. I did a ton of research and got 4 estimates on installing a new Generac 24kw and once we met with Bob from RLV Corp the search was over. Bob is super cool, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfect from beginning to end. Everything was on time as promised, all inspections passed easily and quickly and the whole team of workers were absolutely amazing. We made the right choice and I decided to write this review so you can make a great choice as well. Power ON! Thank you Bob!

One of the best buying experiences ever!

When it comes to home improvement it is very hard to find a professional company who have the expertise and also have great service. I can not say how great Bob at RLV and his staff are. The prices are extremely fair and the service is just above and beyond. When we first contacted Bob, he came over and gave us a quote that had a detailed scope of work. After it was all signed, they showed up even earlier than promised and masterfully installed our new Generac generator. If you are in the greater Miami area, I would not chose and other company to install a generator for me! Thank you Bob!

Great product and pricing

I can't praise Bob and his Team enough. Bob was Honest, direct and to the point. I have a large home with lots of energy needs.......Bob made sure I was not lacking anywhere. He was professional and on time, I am telling all my neighbors to call RLV Corp, for all their Generator needs.
