It took a while for the generator to come in (not Riley issue) due to being back ordered. the guys who did the install were fantastic. Nice! Answered all our questions, cleaned up an did a nice walkthru. Recommend these guys!

The world of people who KNOW what they're doing on the service side is getting smaller fast as the old guys die off. I've got a lot of experience getting on planes to go fix messed up electronics designs and I'm "opinionated" on who I trust to work on my own stuff. I called up looking for a certain flavor of experience and skill and was put on the phone with Dan... forget friendly... his is. Forget patience... he is. What I got out of my interactions with Dan is he KNOWS his stuff from many many hours of hands-on problem solving. I'd die poor if all of my electronics clients had guys on staff with Dan's experience and skill. He seems pretty humble so I am going "to 11" on this endorsement but... I'd bring him in again on my beloved 25 year old built-like-a-tank Generac in an instant.

Getting and learning how to use my Generac 6500e portable generator was a pleasant experience with Riley Electrical. He was totally professional and took the time to make sure I would be able to handle all aspects of a power failure with ease. He answered questions I didn't even know I had.Dan Riley personalized where to best keep and use the generator for years to come as I aged. He went over how to start and shut down the equipment until I felt confident doing it. Knowing he is close by and phone call away was an important part of my decision to purchase from him. Dan and his crew are very passionate, professional, and honest; traits that are hard to find in businesses today. He has installed and serviced my genset for over 7 years, including some customized displays for amperage, voltage, and hertz. If I pick up the phone, its alwayz nice to be talking with the owner, a master electrician with many years of experience.

never followed up with quote

Contacted them about a quote for a generac installation only to have them not show up the first time. Then they showed up late a day later.They said they would send me a quote and never did.I would not recommend this dealer.
