I was very pleased with the excellent work done done by Rikman Services Inc. Mark, Jeremy & Rodney were very knowledgeable and each explained their work thoroughly with patience & kindness. Turn around time was very exceptional. Office staff kept me informed & up to date. Guided me through each step. I would highly recommend Rikman Services Inc.

I was looking for a generator to be installed rather quickly. We contacted Rikman, they sent out a person to do an assessment. after that they contacted me that they were ready to install my generator. That was 2 weeks later. The installers were amazing, they made sure that we knew how to use the generator before they left. Thet were knowledgeable, kind, polite and very professional. I would recommend thus company to everyone.

My problem with the company was their lack of responsiveness. They would promise to call or to come by on a certain day or time but they seldom followed through. I knew they were busy but all I asked for was to keep me informed. I tried calling two days straight and no one answered the phone! I was directed to maiboxes that had not been set up. The city inspector was not impressed with the work of the electrician who initially installed my generator. The plumbers did a good job. However, the guys digging the trench hit a well-marked fuel line. It was a relief when my generator finally passed inspection and was ready for standby operation. I felt emotionally drained when it was all over. Considering the lack of communication and timeliness of their work, I could not recommend this company to a relative.

Rikman was great to work with. They were able to install before the promised date and did a fantastic job.

They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a hard working crew. They explained the install process from start to finish and kept us informed at each step.
