A 5 month wait?

We signed our contract with RAJ in late April 2021, we were told we would have an install in late July, but the install was delayed because of survey. We were told 3 to five weeks after our survey was received. NOW IT WON'T BE UNTIL MAYBE OCT 1 BECAUSE GENERAC CAN'T PROVIDE A TRANSFER SWITCH? REALLY? THEN WHY TAKE A HUGE DEPOSIT AND MAKE THE PROMISES THAT CAN'T BE DELIVERED? Not the electricians fault, but they shouldn't sell stuff they dont have!!!

from the sales person not being pushy to the installers the company was a pleasure to work with. They answered question quickly and satisfactory. I recommend purchasing from them. Also Generac is manufactured in the United States and NOT in China.

My dealer Ted was extremely knowledgeable regarding my generator installation. He explained the site for installation was a perfect location and it would be easily accomplished. I have received my completed site plan and necessary paperwork showing liability insurance and county license for my HOA review. I am looking forward for my installed generator.

RAJ Electric knows their stuff

Installing a home standby generator, especially one sized to power an entire house, is a complicated process that must satisfy multiple manufacturer, state, municipal, and homeowners association requirements. RAJ Electric is more than capable of navigating this process, but the involvement of the purchaser (the homeowner) will invariably help untangle confused or conflicting directives and regulations. RAJ was savvy enough to keep me up to date so that I could, when necessary, take steps to help keep the installation on track.

I had a 20kw installed at my home - I was kept informed at every step of the way. Install took longer than expected due to permitting review time, but by no fault of RAJ. Would recommend them highly.
