Dealer you can trust
If you are looking for a dealer with commitment to the client and knowledge of the generatc equipment this is one that I recommend 100%. Not only do I install the equipment, it also explains everything step by step. My equipment came from the factory with the defective module and Ricky had it available for repair at the moment to fix the problem and leave me the functional equipment. Very grateful for all the service provided. 100% recommended.

This guy is awesome. Highly recommend!
We were having an error code 1902 . We called two Generac dealers and they were horrible. Difficult to get them to come to my home and when they finally showed up, neither of them could fix the problem! Ricardo came out. He identified the problem almost immediately and then continued to do a thorough inspection to identify any additional problems with our 1 year old generator. He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain each step in the inspection. He was our lifesaver!
