Had RI Generator (Acme) come out to give me a quote on a 18KW They said the could do the job in 2 weeks complete once deposit was paid.They did!!I had other companies come to quote some were out almost a year! and way more expensive.

RI Generator installed a 24KW system for my home, everything was done neat and professional from start to finishJohn Was very detailed and went over the whole system with us after the install....my 2 neighbors also purchased installs from them and were very happy also!

Fast and experts

RI Generators guys came out to fix my Gen in the snowstorm. They replaced a bad controller that was under warranty. No charge to me!VVery Honest!

Ok service ...

if you can reach them. I had John service my system after it was installed. Went fine except they forgot to reset the maintenance reminder so the yellow light came on a couple of weeks after servicing. I called them and they said, I must've forgot to reset the reminder. No big deal. Now it's another year in and I cant reach them. No-one ever calls back. I need a service outfit I can rely on. I don't recommend.

RI Generators Crew Did a very Good job on our whole house generator install.John Came out and gave us a complete estimate that was very detailed. I'm a master electrician with over 30 years in the trade and I've installed quite a few Generac generators but I'm not an "authorized" Generac dealer/ installer. I had a bad contractor in my own home's transfer panel and it needed to be serviced by an authorized Generac dealer considering that it was a warranty issue. I called John at ACME in the morning and he came out and swapped out the faulty contactor in the afternoon of the same day! I was blown away with his fast response and his attention to my problem even though he didn't install the generator. He is now my "go to" guy for any servicing and for any other Generac issues that I may run into in the future. He impressed me that much! Thanks, John!

I have an issue with my generator where it will not start. I called multiple times to with this vendor to have my generator service and they never returned my calls. I have put in call with a different service dealer.
