Back in the Fall of 2011, I made the decision to install a whole house generator at my parents\u2019 house and selected RG Hoffman Electric over a couple of other vendors. They took care of everything that we needed to get the job done. Since then we\u2019ve experienced a few minor power outages and one extended outage (Hurricane Sandy) that lasted 10+ days. My parents had power the entire time! They\u2019ve serviced the equipment when needed and the equipment continues to run like the day it was installed!

Outstanding job from start to finish

Very professional. Prompt with quote( which was very reasonable) and stayed in touch to schedule the job. All employees very friendly and thorough. They had to run a line underground 50+ feet and they took great care to leave the property as close to its original look. They even compacted the trench to limit sinking. I am extremely happy with the job and would highly recommend Bob and his employees to anyone.

Exceptional service, knowledge and responsiveness!

We received exceptional service from R.G. Hoffman Electric not just through the purchase and installation of our Generac generator but also this week (one year later) with an emergency call after storm Sandy hit. The responsiveness at which our call was handled went above and beyond our expectations! Even when it ended up being something on our end and not that of the generator they were very respectful and professional. You have an excellent dealer here that I will recommend to everyone!
