The installers arrived on time and did a great job. Operation of the generator was full explained after the install. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend RG Behers!

The employees at the dealer were so easy to work with. They were very accommodating when I decided to change the installation spot after the initial site visit and contract workup. They also welcomed interaction from the lead contractor on my renovation.

The guys that came and did the install were great. Each person knew what they had to do and did their job well.Cleaned up after themselves from basement to the outside of the residence couldn\u2019t even tell they were here.Only thing is need to give a call the day before to confirm the install date.Great company

What more could you ask, they showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they would, they charged what they said they would. Mark and has four man crew performed wonderfully. They did the install with minimal interference in the home. Minimal damage in fact no damage to the outside landscaping. A complete and comprehensive cleanup. Responded to every question I asked silly or not and did an overall excellent job. I cannot more highly recommend a company or crew.

Bob installed our Generac 3 years ago. He worked with the natural gas company to assure an adequate supply of ng to fuel the unit and enough for heating, hot water and cooking.

From the estimate through the installation the folks were excellent. They are competent, responsive, and professional.

He asked me what I wanted a generator for and what I wanted it to power in a power outage.I explained that I was handicapped and that I needed it to power heating and cooling phone communications and basically I wanted my home to have whole house power. He had also mentioned that I should upgrade my gas meter something that I hadn't thought of. He also took care of any permits that I needed. Installation was smooth and quick. I would recommend him totally.

We had our generator installed right before Christmas in 2020. We had an emergency medical issue that could not wait. Bob met me on a weekend, took care of everything including expedited permits, had his awesome crew install and it could not have been easier!! Having had it for a year, I now wonder why anyone would not have a generator. I read that it adds to the value of your house so financed the cost, and I am so glad we did. On the days it isn't required to save the day, you have peace of mind...and when it does need to kick in, like today, we are so incredibly thankful. It self tests weekly and we just had an annual inspection arranged by Bob Behers Inc. Highly highly recommend!!!

From my first phone call for an information and an estimate on a whole house generator to the installation and set-up, everything was done very professionally. This is the best company I've dealt with. From the office staff, to the installation team (electric, gas, etc.), everything was done in a professional manner. The installation was completed in one day. This is a top notch, VERY professional company. The owner and all of his crew--including the plumbing company he subcontracted to install and connect the gas line, and the electricians--were all extremely professional in all of our dealings with them. We had a Generac 14KW Generator installed by RG and his team several years ago, on time, neat, friendly and done in a day. Generator has only been needed a couple of times, has not failed and it's weekly self test is like clockwork. We now have them do a yearly service on the unit and again, on time, friendly and neat.

They installed our whole house system within a day. We had a small glitch the first time we had to use it, through NO FAULT of the generator or R.G. Behers, but a phone call to Bob in the early hours of the morning and he had a crew out here within an hour and fixed the problem. My husband and I made an appointment with Mr. Behers in 2014 to discuss purchasing a 20KW generator. Mr. Behers is very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to purchase the generator and have RG Behers install it. Every detail of the job was handled by this company from checking with our Borough for permits to scheduling all utilities to be there on the day of install. Every aspect of this job was handled without a hitch. We recently had a glitch with the generator and I called Mr. Behers on a Sunday evening. He answered my call and actually remembered me. He directed us to call his service tech, Bob, who promptly answered the call and talked my husband through resetting the generator. We are very pleased with this product and the service provided by this dealer.

Description of Work:This contractor compiled the plan to install a whole house generator on the existing property.

Not only did this dealer install our generator wrong, they charged us to fix it. They did not fix it and did not return our calls. We went to another dealer got it fixed. They are unprofessional and unreliable. Two traits you do not want in a dealer.

We purchased our generator formRG BEHERS ELECTRICAL SERVICE INC and they also installed the unit and they did a extraordinary job. But recently our Generator was malfunctioning and throwing a few errors. I contacted Bob and he got back to me right away. My husband and Bob Jr. preformed a few trouble shooting techniques over the phone and the issue was still present. Bob Jr came out and replace the part that was causing the issue and the Generator has been running fine since the replacement. Overall we have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Bob and his technicians.

After having a whole house generator installed, we discovered our dryer was damaged in the installation process( not by RG Behers crew, by the subcontractor). Bob Behers responded immediately, and offered us a new dryer or dryer repair, our choice. We chose the dryer repair, and Bob again responded promptly. In addition, he provided and installed at no charge a badly needed laundry room light fixture where the dryer was located. We have never had an experiance with a company more committed to customer satisfaction! Thanks so much, Bob, your concern was greatly appreciated!

Bob and his team were excellent to work with. He personally answered questions to be sure we had a general understanding of generators and the specific details of our installation. I was extremely impressed with Bob and the members of his team. They encountered unforeseen circumstances with our terrain during installation and stayed late until the evening to ensure everything was completed properly.

Dealing with the owner, Bob was a pleasure. He knows generators and electricity. He hires great subs to do the gas line work and does the job professionally. The lag time from agreement to install was significant due to the demand for Generac equipment, but Bob kept us informed as to the status the whole time. Then after install I had a question and his son responded immediately with a quick set up question I had an in minutes I had re-programmed the unit myself.

I have done more then one install with him as the clients engineer. He is ethical and reliable in addition to the areas listed above. As a PE I am a better then avarage judge of his abilitys
