I purchased a 16 Kw standay generac generator and Reynolds Electric handled the instalation. Ben is the most caring, prompt, and professional installer that I have run across in a long time. He was in constant contact with me all during the process of installing the gas line and generator. The unit started up and ran vary smoothly right from the start. I have nothing but praise for Ben and Shawn for their dedication to perfection in their work.

We contacted Reynolds Electric to repair a Generac house generator. At the first visit, Mr Reynolds diagnosed the generator in a methodical manner and determined exactly what was wrong with the generator. Parts were ordered. On the second visit, Mr Reynolds replaced the defective parts and restored the generator to working condition. We are very happy with the service provided and would definitely use and recommend Reynolds Electric.
