Disappointed

We had a generator installed. It failed right off the bat. They say that there are a service dealer. They are not. They don't know how to fix anything. Very frustrating when you spend $20000 for an entire package and it does not work during the 1st and 2nd storms. Wish I never got involved. Called authorized dealer with the most positive reviews at the top of the list and they came right out and repaired the problem. The kid Mike knows what hes doing. Wish I went with them in the 1st place

VERY PROFFESIONAL!

I could not have been more pleased with how Reyff Electric handled the installation of my generator. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process hassle free. There level of excellence was 2nd to none. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Professional and Friendly

When I scheduled my install I was a bit overwhelmed at the cost, however after explanation of the work and their desire to ensure the finished install would look how they would want it to look for their own house reassured me. Needless to say I am very satisfied with the professional install they did for my generator, and from the quote to the install, i was treated with respect and friendliness.

No Service

They can not fix what they sell. They told me to call Generac and find someone to do the repairs on a new generator they installed. Yikes

Great Service!!

They provided me a quick and responsive proposal. From the electrical work and the plumbing needed for a complete installation. They also will service the generator and are a service dealer!Excellent!!

Still broken

From the time they put it in it will not run. They came out twice to try to get it to start and keep running. never any luck. They said call an authorized dealer to make a warranty claim. No one wnats to correct their bad work and there it sits. it is not a warranty claim. It is a BAD INSTALL!
