Installation

Bought generator two months ago happy with installation and with Rescon service team

Impressive

Ryan’s and Micah were excellent, very thorough in their explanations and instructions

Very good

I was very impressed with the hands at Rescom. Very organized , knowledge . I watched as workers double checked the work they did. Very good company. I trust their work.

This installation was very professional!

Although the installation took two appointments the delay was not the fault of Rescom. It was the failure of the Lowe’s sales rep to provide accurate information and pictures to the Contractor. My electric meter had to be relocated to allow the installation of the transfer switch which required a disconnect from the power company to be scheduled. Once that was scheduled it went flawlessly.

Professional & Courteous

The crew was very professional while installing my Generac system. They made sure all was cleaned after the job was completed as well.

ResCom did a great job!

It did take two trips to get the Generator function able but that because the Lowe’s Sales Representative’s failure to provide critical information and pictures needed for ResCom to properly plan the installation. If he would’ve done that, ResCom would have known upfront that a power outage by my provider would be needed to relocate my meter box and informed me of that need! We would have scheduled the outage on the initial installation day. During this delay, we suffered a power outage due to a freezing weather event.

Great Job

The installers were professional and friendly. They took the time to answer my dumb questions. The office staff is friendly and knowledgable.

Highly recommend

ResCom was great to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Great experience!
