I had an issue with my generator and called to inform reliable. I am a long time maintenance customer. Dylan was out the same day, just a few hours later. I highly recommend reliable to anyone who currently owns or is considering purchasing a Generac. They are well trained, polite, and well, reliable!

Excellent Service

I called with a problem with my 22K, they were here the next day! Dylan was the service man and he did some trouble shooting and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. I can say enough good things about Reliable Power Systems. From the nice lady that answers the phone to the service man, they were very nice and professional. I called several companies and they were either months before they could come, or they wouldn't call me back. Thanks again!!!

Excellant company and service

I was referred to Reliable Power Systems by a friend to inspect my Generac generator that had been giving me issues for quite sometime. I have had several other companies look at it with no luck. Although it did take some time for the service men to come out (due to being very busy after hurricane Barry) my generator was "diagnosed" properly and repaired within a few minutes! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful office staff and service men. My only regret is not calling them sooner!

Service Response excellant

My 35 kw Generac generator is 12 years old. Had technician performing service implying he was Generac Certified, Waste 3 months and $900 and he could not get started. Reliable Technican came and with in 15 min had generator operating. The issue was a part that previous tehnican had changed and was not properly installed.

From start to finish everything was done professionally. Clean and neat install. The servicemen are always the same two gentleman, it is nice to see the same faces for each maintenance visit. They are friendly and professional and get things done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for all generator needs.
