When I had my annual maintenance done by the dealer who installed my whole house generator 15 years ago, I was informed by the technician that that I needed a new battery and battery charger. I called the office for a quote and decided to get a second quote from RELIABLE POWER SYSTEMS. Reliable quote was about 40% less for the identical parts and service.The job was done promptly and I was greatly satisfied with the quality of the work. I watched the install and was fully informed throughout the installation as to all my questions.

Stay on top of the Installer

Reliable Power Systems did the installation of my 20 kw generator. Mike D'Angelo explained the process and the long term maintenance plan. He installed my generator after another electrical and plumbing sub contractor worked around the COVID 19 issues for weeks. The process took over five months with constant delays. I had to contact the gas company and work with them to do a complete upgrade to the gas service (another delay). The town building Inspector delayed the final close out of the permit for two months because he would not enter the house. I also had to pay for the building permit which I was told was included in the contract. I am happy with the generator. I have not had a problem since it was installed. I would recommend Reliable Power Systems. They are not the cheapest in price but they do a good job overall. Be ready to take charge of the project if you run into unexpected delays.
