Very satisfied
So.far I am very satisfied with the service we received on our generator yearly servicing. The repairman was very professional and seemed to do to do a through job. Also free appointment communication was very good and had good follow through.

Great Service
This dealer was the installer of my equipment about 6 years ago. They regularly service the equipment with friendly technicians that appear to be very knowledgeable about the unit. Overall, I recommend them highly for anyone in the market for a generator.

Wrong technician
I waited at home for 8 hours only to be told by the technician that he could not perform the diagnostic test and that Reliable sent the wrong guy. I\u2019m frustrated because I called Reliable a couple of days before my appointment to confirm that they understood the problem and were sending out the correct technician. Reliable assured me they knew what they had to do.

Great Maintenace
The combination of pictures showing every part inspected and the affirmation that evry part was in working order from oil, to belts , hoses compressors. Was all checked and confirmed with pictures.Great maintenance service.
