Found this company through the generac website but they won’t come out to assess your generac generator u less you purchased it from them and are already customer. They shouldn’t be listed as a point of service through the generac website.

Unreliable Provider

No call / No Show / No returned calls - I made an appointment last week for Monday 10/7. I was told that a technician would arrive between 8 AM and 4 PM and that I would receive a call in advance of arrival. I confirmed the appointment with my credit card (I was surprised that I had to provide a credit card before the tech's arrival but I was told that they simply will not book an appointment without my credit card) and arranged to stay home for the day. At 3 PM, I called and reached an answering service. No call back. On Tuesday, I called Reliable again and was transferred to their answering service. I left a message. 48 hours later and I have not been contacted.

Best service I have yet experienced (I am 90 yo)!

Antoine was absolutely outstanding,.. very thorough and professional... also exceptionally pleasant and personable. Send him again!

Excellant service

Professional and courteous On time and job completed as stated

Very satisfied

So.far I am very satisfied with the service we received on our generator yearly servicing. The repairman was very professional and seemed to do to do a through job. Also free appointment communication was very good and had good follow through.

Great Service

This dealer was the installer of my equipment about 6 years ago. They regularly service the equipment with friendly technicians that appear to be very knowledgeable about the unit. Overall, I recommend them highly for anyone in the market for a generator.

Very pleased with Reliable Power Systems

Since signing ip with them tonhave a new generator installed, I have been very pleased with Reliable Power. Their people are responsive, friendly and very professional. I always get my questions answered, and their work is very thorough and neat. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service

Eric from Reliable Power was prompt, efficient, and cleaned all areas services. A+++

Wrong technician

I waited at home for 8 hours only to be told by the technician that he could not perform the diagnostic test and that Reliable sent the wrong guy. I’m frustrated because I called Reliable a couple of days before my appointment to confirm that they understood the problem and were sending out the correct technician. Reliable assured me they knew what they had to do.

The dealer is great.

Reliable Power Systems provided me with excellent installation service for my generator.
