So.far I am very satisfied with the service we received on our generator yearly servicing. The repairman was very professional and seemed to do to do a through job. Also free appointment communication was very good and had good follow through.

This dealer was the installer of my equipment about 6 years ago. They regularly service the equipment with friendly technicians that appear to be very knowledgeable about the unit. Overall, I recommend them highly for anyone in the market for a generator.

Since signing ip with them tonhave a new generator installed, I have been very pleased with Reliable Power. Their people are responsive, friendly and very professional. I always get my questions answered, and their work is very thorough and neat. Highly recommended.

There is no communication between the office. The right hand doesn\u2019t know what the left is doing. Took for ever to get a call back when you call also was told they wouldn\u2019t turn on my unit because supposedly I told them I would pay which is so my the case when we first signed the contract I gave them half which they didn\u2019t ask for them when they asked for another check we gave it to them. When my husband confronted (her) then he was told well it wasn\u2019t you. Get your story straight finally after my husband had to literally tell her off they showed up that day and finally got it up and running.I can\u2019t wait to see if I have any problems with the unit they probably won\u2019t call me back since it\u2019s hard to get some to return your phone call.

We purchased a Generac policy for one year at a slightly higher price to include remote monitoring. At our yearly service call the remote service was broken and not included in the policy. We explained we paid more for the policy to include monitoring didn\u2019t seem to matter so without paying $440 to repair the remote monitoring we didn\u2019t get it. There is no reason to charge a customer extra for remote monitoring when it doesn\u2019t include servicing the remote monitoring. Will not use them again

We have a whole house 45kw generator manufactured in 2007. The pandemic led to us discontinuing our service contract with a previous company and I have been looking for a new provider for close to 2 years. I specifically asked the dealer, when he called me to let me know that the service was being performed today, if there were any charges for the visit. He said no, that it\u2019s part of our annual service. However, when the technician finished his service, he told me that our battery is 2 years old and they recommend replacing it, even though it\u2019s running fine. I would have appreciated that the dealer would have been upfront with me when I asked him and would have told me that I\u2019m due for a battery replacement that is not part of the service and it would cost me $160 to replace.

Here\u2019s the problem. I pay big bucks every year for virtually a lot less service. Then when my unit goes down and is totally inoperable I get a one week later appointment. Really We just had a weekend of tornado warnings and I have an inoperable unit!!!Called again 4 days later and got service I needed that day. Tech Oswald was professional and excellent in every aspect.

From the quote process through generator startup, Reliable has been a truly professional contractor. Their communications were excellent, keeping me posted every step of the way. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. The installation of the tank and generator took just one day. The workers were conscientious and cleaned up afterwards.The day the installation was complete and tested, my gas went out in the evening. I called and a very helpful customer service representative asked pertinent questions to try to determine the problem. This was followed by another call from a technician. He asked me to check a few basic things and when we determined I needed a technician to come to the house one arrived shortly after. He solved the problem. It was an air bubble in the line. From my initial call until the final resolution, it took only 3 hours and that was on a Friday night.They are the best!!!

We had some problems getting the in house installation and turn on department\u2019s communicating and coordinating with each other which led to three cancelled appointments after we made our personal schedules to meet with the cancelled dates. But finally all was completed today and very satisfactorily. The field techs were friendly and very polite, educating us every step along the way. We would especially recognize Richard Roth, the turn on tech who was especially noteworthy.

This was my first year visit. The technician was accommodating and patient. Unfortunately I discovered that I lost the house wi-fi and my surge protector for telephone, and multiple appliances stopped. The large surge protector burned out. I didn\u2019t discover the problems until the technician was long gone. When I called Reliable., I was passed to another technician who helped figure out the cause. After much manipulation all is temporarily working. I am comfortable with Reliable, but dread next year\u2019s visit.

Lack of customer/ contractor interfacing

From my HOA approval and all of my County inspections they did it right the first time. I\u2019m very happy with my installation and the operation of my Generac 22k Generator.

Pool heater broke right before grandkids were coming over. Turns out the problem was in Generac overload panel. Reliable Power Systems had David come by within 2 hours who replaced the broken circuit.
