Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning

21 K

Had the 21K whole house Generac installed in the fall 2024. 3300 sq ft home. Reliable had installed the same 21k Generacs at 2 neighbors houses ( one of whom is my next door neighbor whose home is slightly larger square footage).. They highly recommended Reliable and I was so pleased with all the team members. I needed the generator a few times in the past year when lightning storms caused power outages. The Generac worked flawlessly. And now, Jan 25th, 2026, with this ice storm and widespread power outages, I am comfortably doing this review with my Generac performing perfectly for the past 5 hours. And, the next door neighbor’s Generac is running and mine as well and they are about 40 feet apart and the noise level is not annoying (it’s more like a hum of a distant clothes dryer…..so I am very fortunate). Reliable also did the yearly service on Jan 5th, with oil and filter change and other checks). I am so pleased I chose Reliable. The office, the consultation, the installation, the service, setting up the mobile app, the warranties, the 24 hr service if neede…..so pleased with all my service and interactions. Peace of mind with the Generac. Peace of mind with Reliable.

Very Professional

The whole job from initial quote through installation was very professional. Installers cleaned up a left no mess, can't tell they were ever here.
