Reliable services my aunt and uncle's generator, and since I just purchased a new house and wanted to have a generator installed, they recommended Reliable. Came out and gave me a quote, and a couple weeks later my new generator was installed! The guys were awesome and everything looks and works great! Highly recommend!

Our original service company lost their technician and was not able to help us when we needed them. We called Reliable based on their review history and was not disappointed. Don was out the next day to diagnose the problem. He fixed the oil leak he found that day, and also discovered we had some burned out coils in the transfer switch. Got the parts ordered asap and was able to fix the issue a few days later. Very quick turnaround! Don is very professional and courteous. We know Reliable won't be losing their technician, and is now our new service company.

He once again correctly analyzed our problem and together we manage to procure the necessary parts to get the generator up and running again. 5AM this morning found my Generac had failed during ice storm, called the company that had been servicing it the last three years only to find out they do not offer 24/7/365 service. Found Reliable Generator and Electric on your site and called him at 8:20 am this Sunday morning and within 10 minutes, returned my call and told me he would be at my home in an hour. Replaced a faulty oil sensor and everything was good to go. I would recommend his company to anyone and everyone. HIs information is in my phone and on my calendar for the regular maintenance later this year.

From the bidding to the completion of the project, Don was the consummate professional. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Annual service on my Generac: Don came on time and looked very professional. His van was clean and spotless. Now for the important issues. Don was very meticulous in checking all aspects of my generator. He showed me the dirty oil in the unit which definitely needed to be changed. He also took time to answer my questions. Finally his price was reasonable. Several dealers quoted 50% higher.
