New Install!

Reliable services my aunt and uncle's generator, and since I just purchased a new house and wanted to have a generator installed, they recommended Reliable. Came out and gave me a quote, and a couple weeks later my new generator was installed! The guys were awesome and everything looks and works great! Highly recommend!

Excellent service experience

Our original service company lost their technician and was not able to help us when we needed them. We called Reliable based on their review history and was not disappointed. Don was out the next day to diagnose the problem. He fixed the oil leak he found that day, and also discovered we had some burned out coils in the transfer switch. Got the parts ordered asap and was able to fix the issue a few days later. Very quick turnaround! Don is very professional and courteous. We know Reliable won't be losing their technician, and is now our new service company.

As an Engineer myself, quality of work and pride in attention to the details are very important to me.Don and his crew worked efficiently, completed the work in one day, and cleaned up after themselves. Second to none

We are just commenting on the latest repairs done to our generator by Don Ralph. He once again correctly analyzed our problem and together we manage to procure the necessary parts to get the generator up and running again. Just in time as we just experienced a 52 hour outage after the last storms. His expertise is second to none.

Perfection

Don installed a new whole house system and ran new gas piping through basement ceiling, while others said that was not possible? Final install was done meticulously with non-corrosive coating, etc...

Great Experience

I recently had Don and Reliable install a new generator for my parents in SB. They were extremely responsive and did an excellent job with the install.
