Great Dealer
Spoke with Chris (12/21/2020) to set up a service plan for my Generac 24kw. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had asked a few questions in regards to my unit. Chris answered all questions and was very helpful.I highly recommend Reeds Generators for any of your service needs.

Very Nice Dealer
As a woman home owner, I have dealt with many men who talks down to women, I was very impressed that the service technician treated me as an equal, explained things well and was extremely considerate and professional. I highly recommend this dealer.

Didn't return my phone call.
Called them about making a purchase but had to leave a message. They didn't bother returning my call. Maybe they don't need any new business.

Total Disappointment
My electrical company recommended Reeds for my 20KW generator. I have a great repor with my electrician and didn't bother second guessing the Generac Dealer. Long story short the dealer over charged me by thousands for the unit and service,. I didn't realize until I spoke to alternative Generac dealers. Lesson learned.
