Refused to service
Dealer flat out refused to service my generator because he had not done the installation. Recommend removing this business as a “Service Provider” because they refuse to provide service.

Failure to Appear
I am trying to get a generator installed for my elderly and disabled parents. After leaving a text as requested, I received a response saying I would receive a call shortly. Five hours later Steve called and said he would be in the area and would come by to give us a quote. He never showed, didn't call or didn't text. When I texted him the next morning he told me a story conflicting with the story he told me the day before. When I replied that a phone call would have been appreciated he said his family was more important and good luck with my generator installation. Very unprofessional.
