Refused to service
Dealer flat out refused to service my generator because he had not done the installation.

Failure to Appear
I am trying to get a generator installed for my elderly and disabled parents. After leaving a text as requested, I received a response saying I would receive a call shortly. Five hours later Steve called and said he would be in the area and would come by to give us a quote. He never showed, didn't call or didn't text. When I texted him the next morning he told me a story conflicting with the story he told me the day before. When I replied that a phone call would have been appreciated he said his family was more important and good luck with my generator installation. Very unprofessional.

Excellent service
It is so refreshing to deal with such professionals as Redline Electrical. We bought a home with an older system that had been neglected. Redline came in and brought it back to life.
