Dealer flat out refused to service my generator because he had not done the installation.

I am trying to get a generator installed for my elderly and disabled parents. After leaving a text as requested, I received a response saying I would receive a call shortly. Five hours later Steve called and said he would be in the area and would come by to give us a quote. He never showed, didn't call or didn't text. When I texted him the next morning he told me a story conflicting with the story he told me the day before. When I replied that a phone call would have been appreciated he said his family was more important and good luck with my generator installation. Very unprofessional.

I bought a 27KW water cooled generator in January of 2020 from another local dealer. It has failed twice already and continues to drain the battery. Hurricane Sally rolled through so no power overnight. Called my dealer all morning. When they finally answered told me to call back tomorrow for regular service. They had no interest in helping me. I called Generac and they recommended Redline. Sent a text to them and even though I was not a regular customer he made the trip out to my home and fixed my generator. He said he would get to the bottom of my problem and make sure next time I needed my generator it would be ready to go. I am now a customer and will be switching my maintenance agreement to Redline. Very professional and very nice guy as well.

Other than a short delay because the generators were not available everything went as planned. We are sitting in the middle of hurricane Sally hoping we don't lose power. But if we do we're confident it will be fine

Redline was prompt even in a pandemic! Always updated me with schedule, very knowledgeable. Not only did they put everything inline with the process but made it as smooth s possible. They clean up.as they go and even offered to replace pine straw. Outstanding dealer! Had out power off at a minimum, to put in generator and had us up.and going same day. Smooth transactions and explanation of the process and how to operate. If anyone asks me where or who installed, I say Redline!

Just today we had a bad storm in our area and lost power. Because Steve (Redline) had our generator serviced and working as it should, the generator kicked on and worked flawlessly until our power was restored. Steve, you saved the day for us and avoided what could have been a very bad situation for us. Thank you!
