Reddick & Sons is one of the most professional home repair/service companies I've ever dealt with. They performed service work on my 2-yr-old Generac generator, and the entire experience was absolutely first rate from start to finish. The office staff is very responsive and well-organized, and was always available to help with scheduling and updates on parts ordered from Generac. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to schedule the service call.

Professional and Experienced Generac Generator Install

Prior to using Reddick and Sons I'd gotten 3 other estimates. I said okay to 2 of them and they never came back for me to sign the contract. 3rd dealer was way to high in price.Mike and his partner were very professional and respectful. I'd already had the Switch Panel installed by the Builder. Mike pointed out that my AC was not included which it was supposed to be by the Builder. Then did not charge me extra for changing the circuit breakers and another item that the Builder didn't do. Mike showed me how the Generac worked. Four days later we had a power outage for 4 hours and Generac worked exactly as I had expected!Thank you Reddick and Sons!
