Best Around!

We are absolutely thrilled by the quality of work, the professionalism, effort and courtesy of the staff at RCA Electrical Contractors, LLC! From the moment we met the estimator Matt, we could tell by his professionalism, knowledge and willingness to answer any and all of our questions that we were hiring a winning team! Sharon and Marcia at the office were always courteous, timely and extremely helpful with all the scheduling, billing and questions we had. All permitting and inspections were scheduled and handled with ease. When it comes to workers.....well, I don't think you could ever get a better combination than the guys who did the actual install. From start to finish, these guys were at it all day long. From the trenching, generator pad and gen install, to the neat, professional gas, conduit and wiring installation these guys were extremely efficient and worked very well together....it was impressive to say the least. The well-stocked company vehicles as well as the installation equipment are clean and professional and the craftsmanship and quality of work is second to none! Josiah the technician was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He took the time to answer any questions we had. He performed the final complete test of the system and we can honestly say that we are extremely confident and ready for whatever nature has in store for us....you can't beat that! We would definitely recommend RCA for anyone's emergency generator needs.

Great install

My new Generac 18K whole house generator was installed on May 27, 2026. The crew was friendly, hard working and efficient. We had minimal time down. Every aspect of the install and inspections was very well orchestrated. I am happy we went with the RCA team. We feel confident that they will maintain and service our generator in a timely manner when we need them.

Great features

We now will have security and safety when we have an outage.

Great company, great staf

I had a generator installed by RCA and have been impressed by the whole team. The gas fitter, the electrician, the installer, etc. were all professional and on time. They cleaned up and made sure I knew how to use it and when to call RCA for questions or problems. The office staff was meticulous in all of the scheduling and billing.

Outstanding Company

The service provided by RCA Electrical Contractors was nothing short of excellent. The first person to come out was very thorough in explaining the product and the steps in the total process. In a couple of days, we had a schedule as to when all aspects would proceed. They kept completely on schedule and also sent communications and reminders along the way. The workers were extremely polite and competent. We have not dealt with any other company more organized and professional than RCA. We also now know about the guarantee and the plans for future maintenance.

A Pleasant Experience

RCA Electrical Contractors is a caring, professional company. The installers had to dig through 30 inches of snow to complete the job. ..All employees were neat and extremely courteous. We know that we made the right choice by choosing this company.

Very Satisfied 😊

After reading multiple positive reviews from local customers, I decided to call RCA for an estimate. The technician arrived on schedule and provided a complete description of what was entailed in the installation process and the features of the generator selected. I was left with an estimate immediately. I found the estimate to be comparable to other local companies. The technician was polite, professional and efficient.

the Installation team, scheduler and sales were knowledgable prompt and polite. A few snags along the way were quickly resolved.
