Everything came together smoothly.

The only negative was the long wait to get started, but that shows how many people want to have RCA install a generator for them. Once our install date came up, all the crews were on time, the gas and electrical inspections (by Town Staff) were prompt, work by the gas utility was accomplished quickly, and our start-up appointment was pushed up to an earlier date since all the above steps were completed. All work was well-coordinated by RCA. We don't have experience with the unit yet during power failures, but we feel confident everything will work as intended.

Amazing Company

RCA did everything they said they would. Fantastic group from field personnel to back office. Our unit went on line 8/11 and we experienced a 2-hour outage evening of 8/15. Generator performed as promised. Extremely happy customer and strongly recommend RCA.

RCA did a great job.

I am glad I chose RCA. Originally my generator wasn't going to be installed until summer. I told them that we were here year round. There was a cancellation and the installation was on March 23rd. The crew was very good at explaining what was going on. Ellen let us know when the inspections were coming and told us about the Mobil Link and warranties. We glad that RCA service crews were available to show up promptly at each step in the process.
