Great installation crew

My Generac installers were very professional and meticulous and explained everything very thoroughly

Amazing service

Incredibly professional, efficient and high-quality service! Every member of the team, from the owner on down gave every last effort to treat our home like it was their own. The final product is perfectly installed, and we have no question of the quality and safety of their work. I would recommend them to my own family and friends.

Great work!

The installation was excellent and the crew was outstanding. They couldn’t have been better.

Great service!

Here’s a business that takes good care of its customers and provides excellent service. My installation a year ago was done without a hitch and they ran power lines in my house going above and beyond what I expected to run them through walls and ceiling without disturbing disturbing anything. Our area had extensive the power outages of a few weeks ago, I called about having my generator serviced since it was almost a year since installation and it ran for a few days with the power outages almost making me feel guilty having no inconvenience when all of my neighbors were without power. The office always provides excellent information over the phone and updates on progress and scheduling as promised. My contracted service call was done by a technician did a great job with noticeable attention to detail that I appreciated since I do a bit of mechanical work myself. It was over 90 degrees, in the sun and at the end of the day, but he did not rush doing the work doing the little detail things like making sure the oil was warm before draining, double checking the valve adjustment, and making sure that everything was wiped down and clean, etc that make for a job well done. He was also pleasant and interesting to chat with while he was doing the job. I remain a well satisfied and happy customer!

Terribly unprofessional

Unprofessional sales support will not provide a breakdown of cost. RC Watt support person informed that the cost of the service will be anywhere btw. 10k - 15k for unit and installation. They would not confirm the cost of the unit and in reality the cost of the unit is approx..6k quite a bit of a premium to pay 8k to 9k to have it installed....huh. The employee attempted to explain the analysis as compared to a restaurant menu of ala carte items....huh really.

Great people & products

In the recent storm I was out of power for about 24 hours my generac worked flawlessly and kept two neighbors refrigerators and freezers running with extension cords.

Excellent experience!

Excellent company! Everyone from the owner to the office staff to the installers were a complete pleasure to work with. Complete professionals who handled every detail from the purchase to the installation with ease and expertise. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend RC Watt to anyone!

VERY HAPPY

RC WATT IS THE BEST. Extremely happy with our Generac! Sales and support shines

Excellent Installation

This review is on the installation only as it was just completed yesterday. They arrived the morning I scheduled the installation, the team of four explained what was going to happen and they answered all of my questions throughout the day. They were very professional and I would recommend them to my family and neighbors. I assume the product will work as described.
