No Extended Warranties with this Dealer

Be careful when choosing your dealer, this website does not make it clear that not all authorized dealers are created equal. This dealer doesn't offer extended warranties. The installers were good and responsive, however, the office staff either doesn't know additional information regarding warranties and directs you to call Generac. You can't purchase an extended warranty through Generac. Secondly, I kept getting the run around regarding my install date, the company kept telling me it was my Township holding up the permit. I finally called the building department only to find out it was Raynor who had not provided the load calculations (normal requirement for generator) which is why the permit was not being issued. I received my quote 6/22/21 and finally, 10/15 our generator was installed.
