Raymond Electrical Services Inc.

Top service and expertise

Raymond Electrical Services exceeded all expectations during our recent experience. Taking into account the annual service requirement for a whole home back-up generator, I sought a local contractor and was pleased that owner/operator Paul Tallis, a Registered Generac Dealer and Service Dealer, was based in La Crescenta. Paul exemplified professionalism, reliability, and expertise at every stage of the process. From our initial conversation, he was consistently responsive, promptly answering texts and phone calls, which set the tone for an outstanding customer experience. Despite the immense challenges posed by the Eaton fire, during which he had many clients to support, Paul still prioritized our project. He coordinated with our plumber to handle the natural gas line installation and ensured the Generac system was installed on schedule, as promised. Paul's ability to combine technical expertise with excellent customer care is hard to find, and his can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail, approachable demeanor, and exceptional communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. While these generators represent a significant investment, his transparency ensured there were no unexpected charges that weren't already outlined in the original estimate, which we greatly appreciated. For anyone seeking reliable, professional electrical services, I could not recommend Raymond Electrical Services more highly.
