We signed our contract with RAJ in late April 2021, we were told we would have an install in late July, but the install was delayed because of survey. We were told 3 to five weeks after our survey was received.

They were so helpful and supportive even as my mind changed with my deicision. Very professional and friendly.

from the sales person not being pushy to the installers the company was a pleasure to work with. They answered question quickly and satisfactory. I recommend purchasing from them. Also Generac is manufactured in the United States and NOT in China.

The office staff and electricians, are extremely professional and courteous.

My dealer Ted was extremely knowledgeableregarding my generator installation. He explained the site for installation was a perfect location and it would be easily accomplished. I have received my completed site plan and necessary paperwork showing liability insuranceand county license for my HOA review. I am looking forward for my installed generator.

Installing a home standby generator, especially one sized to power an entire house, is a complicated process that must satisfy multiple manufacturer, state, municipal, and homeowners association requirements. RAJ Electric is more than capable of navigating this process, but the involvement of the purchaser (the homeowner) will invariably help untangle confused or conflicting directives and regulations. RAJ was savvy enough to keep me up to date so that I could, when necessary, take steps to help keep the installation on track.

I just had Richard A Jones Electric install a 22KW generator in my house in Jupiter FL. They kept me updated throughout the permitting and installation of my generator. Although permitting took longer than I expected, the start to finish professionalism of their staff exceeded my expectations. Once complete they where able to set me up with maintenance contracts and a monitor system. I would highly recommend Richard A Jones if you are looking for a generator.
