Left the Unit Unlocked, with Resulting Major Damage
My 98-year old mother purchased a 22KW Generac unit, and Raia installed it. They did the annual service maintenance for two years, the latest one on 6/11/18. The tech left the unit unlocked, and apparently the wind blew open the lid. Raia was called on an emergency basis, and no response came. We had to call another company to come repair the almost $1,000 damage to the controller unit. Raia says it is not their fault, since it was unlocked when he came to service it. My now 99-year old mother would not have unlocked it. Raia will not step up to cover the resulting damage.

This dealer gave me an honest quote, an honest time frame for installing and did an excellent job on my generator. I couldn't be happier.
