Raddant Electric provided excellent presale, sale and installation support.We spent a reasonable amount of time researching which generator brand and then subsequently which Generac authorized dealer best suited our needs. Raddant came out on top due to the ease of doing business with them and their ability to answer all of questions and concerns.Raddant coordinated everything with our local building inspector and utility company. The day the generator was installed was a very wet and rainy day. They were prepared for the weather with a tent and the install went off without a hitch. Very knowledgeable installation personnel that provided a very comprehensive overview of the generator once installation was complete.Job well done Raddant.

Remarkable Raddant!

Despite challenges in the availability of my 22kW Guardian system and the tremendous work backlog at Raddant, we were able to work together to get my system installed before winter! Keith, Shari and their whole team were courteous, on time and professional and and the whole process was a no hassle experience. Additionally, they were the most competitive on price which is a significant factor these days. Very pleased

Had an appointment for 8:30, the guys showed up at 8:25. When I first ordered the Generac, I was told that my power would be out about 4 hours...they had it out only about 45 minutes. The placement was among some landscaping, and the guys took care to move some stone, and dig up some plants. They fit it in really nice. When they were done, I was walked through the basic running of the Generac (although there really is nothing to do..it's all automatic). Any questions I had during the instillation were answered. I no longer will have worries in the Spring when the sump pump runs continously and the power goes out. The peace of mind I now have is worth the fairly expensive unit.

Professional/honest dealer

Very professional personnel who did the install. Had to worry about nothing. The dealer did all the coordinating and set up. Easy peasy. Would recommend them for anyone considering an install. I did talk to dealers closer and they were not very responsive. We are over an hour away from this dealer, and they came no questions asked.
