Wonderful, professional service

R3 Hardware installed my generator this week, and the experience could not have been better. Ashley surveyed our property and explained our options and answered all of our questions. Mark installed the generator, doing the necessary electrical work, explaining beforehand everything he was going to do. His installation of the panel and the laying of the wiring was perfect!

Waited 2 weeks for appt then they cancelled

I called Generac direct to get an appointment to purchase a whole house generator. They said the dealer would call me and they gave me an appointment, The dealer called to confirm the appointment . Now we are 2 days from my appointment and I called them to confirm again. I was told my appointment was cancelled. They told me I needed to reschedule. I decided to go with another dealer that would give me the courtesy of a phone call after waiting so long.
