Don't count on him in an emergency
A horror story! Dealer doesn't take calls and has no voice mail on his cell phone. Stocks no spare parts and took a full week to order the necessary part that could have been shipped overnight. All this while the power was off.If you want responsive customer service don't use him.

Great Job very satisfied with my generator
Rob did exactly what he said he would do for me and I am very satisfied with my new generator.I have already recomended him to a few friends.The instalation is very neat and clean.He also gave me a very fair price for the complete job,there were no hidden costs.Rob also offers a service contract .I also like the fact that Rob lives in my town and was available by phone to answer all my questions during the whole process.

Great Installation
Rob from R&R did a wonderful job installing my 17kW generator. Finished in 1 day. The unit has operated flawlessly now for over a year. I would definitely recommend him.
