Quality family owned local company
From our first meeting and throughout the installation of the generator we have been very satisfied with all the employees involved. At the end of our first meeting we were comfortable that we had picked the "right" company" to provide emergency power to our home. Our system went on line in November 2020 and we have been very satisfied with the quality of the generator and the components. One day after our system was installed it cut on automatically when Duke Power shut our service off on our street to repair a underground electric service line and it is programed to cranks once a week for five minutes to exercise the generator. GREAT product and company. A company you can count on to be there for you after the purchase.. Glynn

Great Service

Happy Customer
We live in a rural area and when we lose power often we are one of the last homes to get power back so a generator has been great for us. We chose Quality Service Company to install our generator and have been pleased. They have always been there on time and have professional technicians. Definitely recommend!
