Kyle's Crew Gen Team 1, installed my "whole house" generac generator about a week ago. They did an excellent job. It took them two days to complete the install, as previously advised. All the team members were professional, friendly, and courteous. They arrived early, were neat, cleaned up after themselves, and appeared very knowledgeable and experienced. I am very happy with my generac. Now I can have peace of mind where my residential power is concerned. Thank you Quality Home Services and Generac.

First Part of Install has been Great

Dalton, Rob, Nico, and Eli did a great job with the gas line installation, roughly 50' of trenching for gas and 50' of trench for electrical dug by hand. Hard work. Installing gas and gas regulator, generator, generator pad, cut concrete, etc. Kept me informed and cleaned up, couldn't be happier. Now just waiting for the electrician to wire up the transfer switch and test.Great job

Unit didn't work!!!

the unit was signed off on Thursday. The following Monday (4 days later) the power went off at my house and the unit didn't come on!! $25,000 wasted.
