Stay Away From These Guys

They don't know anything about generators. They installed mine a few years ago and seemed to be OK. Recently it started giving trouble--was not putting out sufficient power. They sent a guy out who, when poking around in the transfer panel, fried the circuit board in the generator. They had to order one and the guy they sent out to install it did that OK but did not know the basics about the generator. He did not know the proper voltage it was supposed to produce when this is stated in the owner's manual. I finally found a Generac approved guy who found the valves were way out of adjustment! I fired Quality Heating!

Never, Ever, Again

I originally purchased my generator through this company as well as the maintenance contract. I originally purchased my generator in 2005 and I have already had to have it replaced, as the last person from Qualilty did not seal the oil can right, so it leaked oil and then ran it's weekly maintenance test until the engine stopped working. I will never, ever, use this company again, and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
