I have nothing but good things to say about Quality. It began with installation team for the installation of my Generac. To Phil, setting up my annual maintenence plan, to Dave, who came out to perform my twice yearly inspections on my Generac. I won't be going anywhere else.

We talked with several Generac providers but Quality Home Products of Texas was who we went with. They answered all of our questions right from the start and completed the install on time. They were great through the entire process and we couldn’t be more satisfied.

The service people are always super nice and willing to explain anything about the products for you.

Amazing salesman!

Joey just helped us purchase our new generator and we are very excited! He was so informative about the product and process, he was very kind and respectful, and he didn't pressure us at all.

Terrible Company

Installation, Sevice, Mobile Link, Installation was a joke ruined back yard took three weeks to complete. Did not pour Concrete Pad for Generator, when generator arrived for installation had to wait so they could pour concrete into the form they built. When Hurrincane Beryl came through Generace did not come on. Mobile Link was not being monitored by Company.. It took 10.5 hours for a technician to call me, Then he gave me the wrong information. Said I would have to pay an emergency service fee for a tech to come out. However there should be no charge during regular business hours. Never sent anyone. Kept calling they only had voice mail, never returned my call again. Almost three weeks later finally got someone who said they had no record of my call, what a croc. she said servce tech would call in 24 hours nevr heard from anyone. The next week again got ahold of someone who again stated we have no record of your call but will have someone come out on Friday. Guess What no show. After a tech finally came, a contractor from Phoenix, he advised, after tearing Generac apart that it was a dead battery. Should mobile link have told them, since they were moniotoring. Well they were not monitoring according the them the person in that position left and they did not replace them. Then they gave me a $300 dollar gift card for my loss, I lost over $1500 in forzen meats and vegetable along with everything in my refrigerator. Not a great Customer Serice Company and certainly not a good represenative for Generac.

Poor service

Repair man showed up to fix the generator today after we explained that the generator would run about one minute and shut down. Said he had no parts on his truck to make the repair We made the appointment a month ago Is this the best you can do

Horrible Service

Horrible Horrible service!!! I would not even give them a 1 They got our money but don't take care of servicing Called so many times and never get anyone to answer or call back Finally they did send a tech out, but he was worthlessl... didn't know what was wrong and left No word from them. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks and no one has come again... Now I'm calling someone else. Ridiculous service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Horrible customer service

They were very quick to take thousands of my dollars but customer service and response is worse than deplorable! Must have paid customers for the high ratings.

Uncaring Cusomer Service

Quality Generator installed and has maintained our 20kw Generac for the past 10+ years. Their service had always been OK until Hurricane Beryl happened. We have always had a service contact ACTIVE, with them (not cheap) but necessary, WE THOUGHT! We were told that without a Quality Generator contract, we would be at the bottom of the list, for service, in case of an emergency. I guess the list is bottomless! Our Generator failed on July 10th of the Beryl outage and we have tried multiple times to contact them for service. Quality Generator placed their phones on a recorder and advised to leave a message and they would return our call. They NEVER did. We were in the dark, without any lights, or A/C until July 15th, when electricity was restored. It has now been 20+ days and we still have not heard from Quality Generator. If they had simply contacted us and advised the they would not be able to help us until (some date) we might not have been happy but at least we would have understood. It appears that they do not care about their customer base. By text, we have requested a refund on the $1710 that we paid them, in March 19, 2024, for 3 years of service. We still have not heard a word from them. With the return of our money, we can find a service provider that cares! We have to wonder if the $10k+ investment was a good investment. We had always believed that the Generac name was Quality. We now believe that the Quality name does not represent quality! If we find that the cheaper alternative to fixing our existing generator, is the buy a new one, I guarantee it will not be from Quality Generator, probably will not be a Generac.
