Quality installed my unit last year. Their installation and maintenance has been wonderful to deal with. The staff is always friendly & most importantly they show up when they say they\u2019re going to show up. Their sales representative Colton is simply the best! He\u2019s helped two of my friends get units too.

From the time we decided to install a whole-house generator from Quality Generators/Home Products of Texas until we were enjoying the security of our GENERAC unit, it was quick, seamless, and easy! Colton was our sales person and our point of contact from the beginning, and he was (and is) truly a pleasure to deal with. You always have people in your corner when you use Quality Generators, even after installation! My wife and I are as pleased with the process of buying and getting the generator installed as we are with the unit itself. (And we've had a power outage that lasted for several hours last fall)--except at our house--where we were status quo and all systems go!Don't hesitate to use Quality Generators when you decide to get set up with your household backup power. Quality Generators did an excellent job installing my generator. They were friendly, very helpful and always eager to get things done correctly. My salesmen Colton did a great job answering all my question and making sure things went smoothly. The staff on their phones are always polite and helpful. Great customer relations. It's been two years since the installation and everything is working great. I would recommend Quality Generators to anyone wanting to buy a new generator.

Colton got us set up with a 14kw earlier in the year. It worked great for us already. I recommend getting one with Quality.

Stay away from these guys they do not care about your business and they demonstrate that with their accountability or lack there of. We paid 50% deposit fall 2021 and received zero communication until Jan 2022 when our do the blue they show up to pour our slab , no prior communication, no heads up, and no authorization to do work or be on my property. How do you show up without even letting me know. I wasn\u2019t home so I had my nanny put them on the phone I asked them to leave my property I had no HOA approval nor did I have any knowledge they were coming. They leave scratch my drive way on the way out. I called sales guy, their office no one can tell me what happen. No one cares no one seems to pride themselves on finding out what happened. Couldn\u2019t get a call from operations to until I said I wanted to cancel all of sudden they care now but not about my inconvenience but about the money so they throw the old scare tactic you have to pay 25% fee if you cancel. Not in my contract anywhere. So I had to threaten litigation to get my deposit back, all this could have been avoided if they gave an ounce of care about customer service or just care about anything other then money. They have such a long waiting list for generators they don\u2019t care about you. I can\u2019t do business with a company that treats customers like that. I would recommend you find another option. Maybe try Texas Power they were great and actually care about their customers not just your money.

Since Ike I have wanted a whole home Generator. I have discussed the process with several other companies and went with Quality Generators based on what I perceived to be the most professional group. The cost is basically the same but the service I received is the intangible that can't be measured until the generator is hooked up. I was kept informed during the process and after installation the company sent out a trainer to ensure I had a handle on the operation of the system. I don't know where they got my salesman, John Coffman but that guy should be called The Pizza man" because he delivers. Thanks to all at Quality Generators.

Having a whole house generator gives us peace of mind. The day after the installation of the generator was finished we suffered a power outage. The generator did exactly what it was supposed to do. This was the best expierence we have ever had with a retailer/install. From the sale and paperwork being accurate and forthcoming, to the step by step install process and follow up questions. Quality Generator is Outstanding company!

Very professional service from start to finish - I will definitely recommend Quality Generators to family, friends, and neighbors.

I would never recommend this company because they did not even show up for the appointment when I had to take off from work to be there for the quote. Once I called to inquire why no one showed up, they did apologize and agreed to come out another day. They had the highest bid out of 6 quotes I received and I did not purchase their generator. A company does not get good merit when they do not even show up for the appointment.

First of all 10 DAYS!!!!! for the time they came and lay the slab till up and running. Also wanted to thank Sunshine for always keeping in touch and reminding us what was the next step. Everyone was so professional and when everything was done they clean up NO mess at all. The work they did was so nice and clean. Respected my lawn and my home. I love this company and can't wait to show my friends and family.

My experience was a little different as my small city government seems to have tried to upset the installation at every turn. The staff and crews of Quality could not have been more helpful and professional. They cleared every obstruction in a timely manner while continuing to be a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company and their wonderful staff. I commend each and every employee that took part in this installation. I highly recommend them.

I found Quality Generators on the generac web site. I wanted to get maintenance done on my 17kw residential generac, and wanted to get an extended warranty. I contacted Quality Generators and was sold over the phone a maintenance plan, an extended warranty, and a gentracker monitoring system. I paid for all these services over the phone with a credit card, and did not see a person. The person said that I would be contacted before anyone showed up to do the work. A week later I got a call from Quality Generators saying that the work had been completed but there was some issues. I called Quality Generators back and was told that when my generator was installed it was wired backwards and needed to be rewired. Quality Generators said they would call me back with more information and a quote. When I got home I found a mess of stripped wiring insulation and various trash left by the Quality Generators installation team. Two days went by with not calling. I called them after two days and they changed there story to my meter was too close to the unit and my gas line was too small. The next time I called they said my unit will have to be moved to a different location all together. In the end I had Quality Generators come out and remove all the things they had done. Now my yellow led indicator is on my generator meaning there is a problem. I will not be calling Quality Generators back. Note: the mess that was left was never cleaned up. My generac was installed by a licensed electrician who has installed many generac generators.

Quality Generators did a great job installing our generator. The coordinators were always prompt with calls to be sure the schedule was met. The electricians were on time and explained everything clearly

I got connected to Quality Generators by requesting a free estimate from Home Depot. The sales rep, who came out, came across so much like a used car salesman. He tried to sale other stuff on top of what is needed for the generator then do a lot of "today's special", "it will only be today price", etc.. That really turned me off. If they were really good and stand by their service and offering then the quote should be the same from one day to the next. I picked another dealer for this reason.

Due to my nature of my business I need internet access at all times. Without power, I would lose clients/prospects so I purchased a Generac generator for Quality Generators. Over the past few years the generator has paid for itself, time and time again.

When QG installed our home stand-by generator, they worked with and found solutions for our needs (we wanted an outside breaker box as our gas line was located on a side of the house that was opposite our garage and fence line). With the exception of the internal battery going dead, we have never had a problem with our generator, and even then Buster came out at night in the middle of a horrible thunderstorm to fix it! The staff has always been very friendly, very-well qualified and experienced, and have gone above and beyond. We continue to use QG's maintenance program for our generator, and purchased their extra 10 year warranty for our equipment as well which we thought was very affordable. Every time the power goes out and the generator kicks in, we just smile. After experiencing Hurricane Ike and being without power for over 2 weeks, this generator was the best purchase we ever made for our house! And Quality Generators has proven to be the best company for the job.

Installation was easy! There were no surprises. It went exactly as planned. They maintain my generator and when I call, they are there the next day. This is a company that delivers!

Installation was neat, fast, and very well done. Operation, service, and (infrequent) repairs are excellent. Service response is fast and courteous. The people are good folks, honest, and hard working. I can not dream of finding a more desirable dealer, installer, or maintenance service.

The installer was friendly and informative. He was nice enough to work with my schedule and stayed long enough to explain the system completely. He worked in spite of rainy weather. They were later able to patch an additional out building as part of the generator load, which was critical to my needs. Quality Generators REALLY came through in a complicated situation that resulted from a miscommunication with the builder of my out building.

Definitely use this dealer. They are honest and truly strive to meet the expectations of the customer. I had some minor issues but the best part was that Quality Generators fixed the problem immediately. The support staff is second to none. When you are having a generator installed you will have to rely on the support staff to arrange for the plumber, electrician etc to come out. Their support staff is superior to any other. They have an excellent warranty and they stand behind it as well. Just a superior company and I am not receiving anything for making these comments and I am not related to anyone in this company either.
