Small company, cooperative and willing to work with you to schedule an appt, very knowledgeable and professional. He did what he came to do, but went well beyond in his observations and troubleshooting to head off another problem. He offered advice and explained his ability to deal with maintenance and preventive maintenance issues. All in all, a very comfortable and satisfying experience.
Very satisfied was service and warranty issue taken care of.
