I use this dealer to service my generator for over 20 years. 2 decades. Every time I call them. They’re there for me. For warranty and service purposes I need someone who’s been around a long time and will continue to be around. The owner Dale is one of the most dependable and solid people I have done business with. He doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear. And I can respect that. He has a good team of people working for him too. A real professional firm. Not many of those around. I’ve always been satisfied with their pricing too.i want to say also that Quality Electric recently saved me during a storm. They had the parts in stock. I was really nervous my house was going to freeze. Thank you for all that you’ve done for me and my elderly wife.

We upgraded our generator

We upgraded the size of our Generac and are so glad we did. Quality Electric was already maintaining our former generator and since we were pleased with their performance, that’s who we went to for our upgrade.

Peace of Mind

I've had the Generac since 2012. Power outages are inevitable - just a few months ago the Generac ran for 47 hours. In a rural area, we rely on power for our well pump and septic system. I consider it the best investment we ever made in his house. Quality Electric keeps us up and running!
