Quality generator guys

Quality Electric says it all! I had my generator installed by a different company only to find out that they don\u2019t offer any after care! Quality Electric does I had an issue they found out what it was and fixed it for me and since my generator was under warranty it didn\u2019t cost me anything. They will be my go to from now on!

Very Professional

I called in because I had an issue with my generator and this company was great. They listened to my ridiculous attempt at an explanation of my issue (I know nothing of generators) and came out and found the issue so quickly. They even gave me a whole packet of information and services they offer. I signed up with a few of their plans now they handle everything about my generator. And I don't have to worry about it not working when I need it again. They gave all the prices upfront and didn't try to pull anything over on me or sell me anything I didn't need. A+ company all around.

This dealer came out to do a yearly maintenance for me. Since I am new to a generator (I just bought my home and it came with one) I was not sure what to expect. The office lady was really nice and set me up with Jason. He was so knowledgeable and took his time and explained everything to me and set me up for a plan where he could service my generator and I don't have to worry about it. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!

Unethical

Service person came and diagnosed generator has needing a throttle body, which was very expensive. After he left, the generator started working, so I called the company to see what was going on. I wanted to talk to the service man his name is Jason after about three calls, no one ever called me back. They were supposed to call me back with an estimate, but I wanted to know why the generator was now working. Then my husband called twice and wanted to speak to the owner, but the owner will not call us back. Got a very nasty response on Google reviews from someone from the company. Not sure if it was the owner. They told us to go to another company to have it fixed, the problem is, we did call someone else to come look at it and there\u2019s nothing wrong with it. I deem this company a scam. Don\u2019t waste your time. Jason originally came out January 12, 2023 and it is now March 17, 2023. May I had that the serviceman use foul language, so if you\u2019re not used to that I would not recommend. $269 down the tube.

Doesnt stand by there work

After purchasing a 18 kw generator i was worried about problems so i had purchased the extended warranty. the flex line was never tightened and i was leaking propane. My propane supplier filled my tank and ran a pressure test. The test failed. The propane company found the leak, it was where the flex hose that was installed by quality electric, was never tightened. When i stopped by the office because i couldn't get an answer was told i would get a call back. When i did get the call back i was told it would cost $269 dollars just for them to come up plus labour and parts.So much for the hundreds of dollars i shelled out for the extended wareenty.They were suppose to come up and perform annual maintenance that never even happened not once. YOU DECIDED. I had found there is no service after sale. They install and run never to be heard from again.

The most knowledgeable dealer I spoke to.

After deciding to get a standby generator I contacted three local dealers. The other two companies sent salesmen but the owner of Quality Electric, who is a master electrician, came to review my needs. Quality Electric's price was the best and he didn't try to sell me a generator I didn't need. The other two companies recommended a larger unit than the one I had installed and one company also recommended power management modules which I don't need. The installation was quick, the installers were very knowledgeable and neat. My power has been out several times since I had it installed, which was back in May, and it has worked perfectly.

Dale and his techs are highly trained professionals which makes the buying and installation process a stress free experience. We were provided a number of different options when selecting a whole house generator and at no time were there any uncomfortable moments when speaking with Dale. Dale and his office associates returned all phone calls rapidly and when we finally made the decision to purchase a unit,we were kept informed of the progress via phone calls, emails, and or texts.The unit and set up looks great, and there are NO shortcuts, that is important to me. This company also shows up on site at the prearranged time. Will use Quality Electric for any future needs.
