After an extensive search of dealers for the three major generators, this dealer convinced me that I should buy Generac, and that he and his highly experienced organization would be the best within a reasonable distance to provide it. Competitively, the price was fair. Equally important were his and his staff's training and experience, their commitment to followup service, and their complete lack of trying to foist anything undesirable on me. The installation was as smooth and professional as one could hope to occur, even with two major difficulties that our house posed, including the ability to help us solve a lack of gas capacity. Absolutely first-class.

Very professional installation

Quality Electric recently completed installation of a 20KW model generator at our home. They were professional in every respect. They quickly responded to our inquiry and came out to our house to prepare an estimate. Installation went like clockwork - even considering that we needed to replace our circuit breaker box inside and the gas meter outside. They coordinated everything with subcontractor for the gas connection, the gas company, the electric company, and the county inspectors. The installation was spread over three days with the various outside people showing up at appropriate times to shut off and turn on the gas and electricity. We were without electricity for less than four hours and without gas for about an hour. We highly recommend Quality Electric.

I have a generator for our house and I needed a tune up kit. They had the parts on hand and I ended up spending almost an hour getting helpful tips on the unit, such as "don't over fill the oil or you'll blow the engine seals!"
