I purchased my generator from a third party supplier after I had a miserable experience with my 1st Generac, which I have concluded after doing my due diligence, was primarily due to poor service, and lack of maintenance knowledge, and not being informed of availability of online management and functional options which resulted in neglect and early demise, and unexpected and ineffective expenses. So costly and inefficient and when confronted with the findings, resulted in no response.In contrast, I have had a great and very fair experience (fair and reasonable expenditure this time around), and would strongly recommend using this outfit for generator installation and maintenance. I would not be averse to sharing my experiences over the last 9 years. This is an important and expensive addition to one\u2019s home, and I feel much more secure with a dependable backup generator which will be serviced appropriately. Thank you.

From the initial visit discussing the purchase and installation , to the final inspection and start-up , Quality Electric was top notch . We saved up for many years to finally get this generator , and our decision coincided with the arrival of natural gas on our block . We went through many ,and lengthy , power outages , but no longer . We look forward to many trouble free years with the maintenance program .We heartily recommend Quality Electric Service .
