More visits, less results
They have been maintaining our Generac since it was installed 9 years ago. This year the unit malfunctioned and it seemed they just threw parts - at my expense - at solving the problem, which took 4 visits and 5 different - and expensive parts, many of which I likely didn't need. Would one consider this good service if it was a car? A generator is a much simpler machine.

This dealer is excellent!
I had my generac installed 4 years ago and serviced it myself until it stopped cranking as of a few days ago. I was unable to diagnose and fix the problem. I called Pure Power Systems, and they sent a technician the same day I called, and the technician fixed the problem within 10 minutes! I geatly appreciated the quick response and resolution to the problem. This company is great! I highly recommend Pure Power Systems to anyone.

Excellent integrity, expertise, and reasonable prices.
Immediately found problem that was missed by 3 other service persons. Excellent communication, on time performance, and very reasonable charges. This company has skill and integrity.
