Mike is great. I called him on Monday letting him know my generator did not come on during a power outage. He was here on Tuesday morning. I inherited the generator when I bought this house 3 years ago and never had the generator looked at. Mike replaced my battery, changed my oil, replaced the air filter and cleaned the unit up. I am now good to go for the next power outage. I have Mike set up to come out every 6 months to service my unit so i never have to go without electricity in my house again. I highly recommend Mike if you need anything related to a Generac.

Joe, the proprietor and a certified Generac Technician, found and repaired a factory defect, loose wire, that was the problem when we received a 1603 error prompt on our Generac display. Another local company came out prior to Joe for warranty work and did not fix the factory defect, but Joe did! I recommend you sign up for his Service Maintenance Plan. His plan cost is reasonable and covers problem that may develop and routine maintenance that will keep your Generac at peak performance when you really need your Generac to work during a power outage. Joe is friendly, professional, honest and very knowledgeable.

WAS THE BEST. HE CAME OUT DURNING THUNDERSTORMES TO FOUND OUT WHY OUR UNIT WAS OUT. AFTER LOCATING THE PROBLEM AND GETTING THE PARTS HE RETURNED BACK OUT TO WORK ON UNIT TO GET IT BACK UP AND RUNNING. ALL OF THIS TOOK PLACE DURNING BAD WEATHER. HE DIDN'T LET THAT FROM STOPPING HIM DOING HIS JOB.

Mike came on the same day I called looking for a vendor to perform routine maintenance on my generator. He clearly explained what he was doing and why.

I tried to get a dealer a year earlier and they never returned my calls. Not only were my calls returned in a timely manner, I was well taken care of. I was notified when the work would be done and each step of the process. I'm very happy with the work that was done and the quickness and quality of the job.

We have had a Generac since 2015, but finding a service provider has been a challenge, and became a NEED on Oct 28, 2022, when our Generac decided, it did not want to start, after the lights went out. While in the dark, I got onto the Generac website searched their list of service provider that was within 50 miles of my zip code, and the first few were a BUST (not going to mention any names). Anyway, I called Mike with Pure Commitments, Inc. and he was out of town visiting his grandkids, but he answered my call and was very responsive to my text. I explained the situation and provided him the information he needed via text about the Generac, and he showed up the VERY next day. He assessed the problem, and the Generac is back. I can honestly say his work ethic, his personality is a true testament to his company\u2019s name \u201cPure Commitment\u201d!
