Mike, thanks for coming by to service my generator. Great job.

Met Mike for the first time. He is very professional and knowledgeable with the generator operation and maintenance. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained all the operation and service to keep my generator running in any emergency. I would highly recommend him to all generac owners.

Mike at Pure Commitment Inc is the best

From the time I made the call to finished installation 1 week. Mike was very professional answered every question I had and completely explained it all. Mike was very quick to return a phone call or text , would not hesitate to recommend him for your Generac generator needs be it service or a new unit. Thanks Mike

Pure Commitment is exactly that!

Mike did an amazing job helping us get our generator set up and running. Very responsive and always had high energy though the entire process! He also showed his commitment to helping us trouble shoot some minor problems we encountered with our complex configuration. We're all set now and very happy with the install and have confidence that it will work flawlessly when we need it most! We look forward to having Mike and Pure Commitment be the service technician for our unit for years to come!

Mike is great

Mike is great. I called him on Monday letting him know my generator did not come on during a power outage. He was here on Tuesday morning. I inherited the generator when I bought this house 3 years ago and never had the generator looked at. Mike replaced my battery, changed my oil, replaced the air filter and cleaned the unit up. I am now good to go for the next power outage. I have Mike set up to come out every 6 months to service my unit so i never have to go without electricity in my house again. I highly recommend Mike if you need anything related to a Generac.

Under Service Contract

Joe, the proprietor and a certified Generac Technician, found and repaired a factory defect, loose wire, that was the problem when we received a 1603 error prompt on our Generac display. Another local company came out prior to Joe for warranty work and did not fix the factory defect, but Joe did! I recommend you sign up for his Service Maintenance Plan. His plan cost is reasonable and covers problem that may develop and routine maintenance that will keep your Generac at peak performance when you really need your Generac to work during a power outage. Joe is friendly, professional, honest and very knowledgeable.

MIKE WENT WAY ABOVE TO HELP US.

WAS THE BEST. HE CAME OUT DURNING THUNDERSTORMES TO FOUND OUT WHY OUR UNIT WAS OUT. AFTER LOCATING THE PROBLEM AND GETTING THE PARTS HE RETURNED BACK OUT TO WORK ON UNIT TO GET IT BACK UP AND RUNNING. ALL OF THIS TOOK PLACE DURNING BAD WEATHER. HE DIDN'T LET THAT FROM STOPPING HIM DOING HIS JOB.

Great experience

Mike came on the same day I called looking for a vendor to perform routine maintenance on my generator. He clearly explained what he was doing and why.

I highly recommend this dealer!

I tried to get a dealer a year earlier and they never returned my calls. Not only were my calls returned in a timely manner, I was well taken care of. I was notified when the work would be done and each step of the process. I'm very happy with the work that was done and the quickness and quality of the job.
