Prompt and Professional
The owner answered my email request for maintenance within hours and set up a service visit for a couple days later. The service was thorough and professional, including oil, oil filter and spark plug change out. He also tested the battery, cleaning the terminals that were corroded from salt in the air and treated them to slow future corrosion. Took about a half hour and now I face hurricane season with confidence that should I need backup power, the Generac will perform.
