I have purchased a Gererac generator and the installed the system. Now I need a service, called them and they never follow up, not returning my call to schedule a service.

Impossible to get a hold of.

Installed my generator in 2019. Had the initial service done and it's been impossible to reach this company since. Calls never get returned. Phones just rings to full voice mailbox. Honestly I am not sure they exist still.

this winter Provident Electric installed a generator. efficient and professional installation and the best part is after losing power last night the generator did the trick and I had power for my house, able to run the furnace, refrigerator, Water heater and some other things. Bravo to Provident Electric!

From initial project estimate andconsultation to installation; every step ofthe process was exceptional. Theestimate provided by Larry wascomprehensive; he reviewedoverall power usage/needs by walkingmy property AND by speaking with mywife and me about our project goals anddaily power needs. I received a MUCHBETTER quote than other vendors andeven got a MORE POWERFUL generatorthan the "others" said I needed. YET THEOVERALL PRICE WAS LESS!!! Ourgenerator was ordered and arrived muchquicker than we could have expected.The installation team called ahead andarrived on time during BOTH days of theinstallation. They kept us abreast of theinstallation plan and daily progress. We lost power in the recent storm and luckily our generator was installed 5 days prior!I\u2019m so glad that we had ProvidentAfter the outage our generator had ran for 30hours !!Best investment ever!!

Provident is top notch!

Provident Electric is top notch! Our power went out and they came out to do an assessment on our house to determine what the best size generator would be for our needs. They were very professional and wore booties on their shoes, the Estimator was very knowledgeable and answered all 150 of our questions. Provident was the only General dealer that gave us a fair price in a timely manor. The entire staff from the lady who answered our first call to the installation team was very friendly and professional. We are definitely going to be calling Provident for all of our electrical needs. They also helped us with a maintenance package for our oil changes on our 22kw Generac. I would highly recommend them over the other choices in our area.
