Incredible service!

We have been in our house over 5 years and unfortunately lose power with Eversource quite frequently. We almost never have issues with the generator but the two times it has failed to kick in, Todd from Darien Generator/Proficient Electric has responded within minutes BEFORE 6am and been on site within the hour. One time he had to walk on foot down our street because of a fallen tree. Both times he had us up and running quickly. Can't recommend this company enough!

Saved the Day!!

Todd from Proficient electric was such an amazing help. For starters he had a generator for our home when we were told we would have to wait for a year. Then after the expert installation and unfortunately timely zoning process from the town (not Todd\u2019s fault) we finally had the gas company allowed to come hook up the generator to our propane tank. As luck would have it on Friday at 500 the power went out and I called Todd and he came to our house in minutes. I would recommend him and his company to anybody without any hesitation. Thanks Todd!

In addition, Proficient helped us with coordinating the purchase and delivery of the propane tank, the excavation for it's placement and getting the necessary permits.
